POWDER COATING PROCESS
Redren has an in-house powder coating plant with a world class Chemical Pre-treatment Process which helps to maintain surface finish as per the ISO standard. The powder used in the process is pure polyester, sourced from a renowned manufacturer. Pre-treatment process along with the best quality powder yields highest corrosion resistance along with superfine aesthetics.
TANK MANUFACTURING
Sophisticated TIG/ MIG welding assembly line gives robust and long-lasting quality to our tanks, which ensure longevity and maintenance-free operation. Redren tanks have highest tank thickness along with high quality welding. Finished inner tank prevents leakage and ensures precise pressure control. Specially selected coating material from world's reputed supplier protects the tank from any harsh water condition.
INSULATION
Redren provides tank insulation with highest thickness and density which ensures utmost heat retention in the system. The company employs automated PUF insulation machine which ensures uniform insulation in all of our tanks and thus maintains the same standard of quality across all the manufactured systems.
SEMI AUTOMATED FLAT PLATE COLLECTOR ASSEMBLY
Redren has a sophisticated flat plate collector manufacturing facility with BIS certification making it a leader in ISI approved collector manufacturers. Raw materials used in the process are BIS standard certified. The FPC passes a hydraulic test 0 5 Kg/cm° as a part of the stringent quality process.
ULTRA-MODERN SHEET METAL SHOP
Redren boasts of a state-of-the-art sheet metal shop for the supporting structure of SWH, with the fabrication process carried out with world-class CNC / NC and SPMs machines.
